Flavors & Knowledge 2011: returns the expected event dedicated to the Italian taste

The regular spring meeting with the Italian taste is at its fourth consecutive year to present a richer version of curiosity, but above all to propose once again to fans of good food all the news of the tastiest food companies, not just bells.

Pasta, olive oil, meat, oily fish, cheese, desserts, wines, spirits and all other representatives of the healthy Mediterranean diet are the real stars of this year one of the most anticipated exhibitions of the sector. Tastes and knowledge, dedicated to traditional food products evaluated in the interests of local marketing is to promote the traditions of Italy at the table, promoting direct talks between the producers and consumers.

As always, plenty of space is also dedicated to "knowledge". During the festival, in fact, there are interesting moments of analysis and reflection on issues relating to the topical field of environment and food, enriched by the participation of experts from academia, scientific and specialized information.

tastes and knowledge in 2011 also represents an important opportunity for businesses to make themselves known through an exceptional showcase, which also offers interesting opportunities for expansion in foreign markets. In the last two editions, in fact, dozens of food companies bells were able to establish profitable and lasting business relationships in the market of Greece.

The wine and food festival held in the large exhibition area of \u200b\u200bthe Shrine of Pompeii and will rely on an internal surface of 2,500 square meters divided on two levels, ground floor and basement, and an outer surface of 1,000 square meters.

"Flavors & Knowledge" is an annual event, conceived and promoted by Pompei Now, reality association founded by young professionals from Pompeii to promote initiatives related to culture, art, entertainment, environment and tourism in collaboration with public agencies, individuals and businesses.
